Live & Exclusive: Dani Enli, GLVES, Clay Brown & The Trouble Round Town
Our latest Live & Exclusive session brings together some of Australia’s most exciting and forward-thinking independent artists. From experimental pop to cinematic electronica and raw alt-folk, this lineup reflects the incredible diversity and creativity emerging from the Australian indie scene.
Dani Enli is a boundary-pushing artist and producer whose sound moves between pop, R&B, and experimental electronic. Known for her fearless production style and sharp creative direction, Dani has become one of the most talked-about young artists redefining modern pop from the ground up. Her work explores self-expression and identity through infectious melodies, layered beats, and emotionally charged lyricism that connects deeply with her audience.
GLVES (pronounced “Gloves”) is a Brisbane-based alt-pop artist of Kaurareg and Fijian heritage, blending haunting electronic textures with soulful vocals and deeply introspective songwriting. Her sound is cinematic and immersive, often touching on identity, culture, and the human experience. With roots in Blaktronica and alt-soul, GLVES continues to carve out a distinct space within the national music landscape, championing authenticity and depth in every performance.
Clay Brown & The Trouble Round Town deliver a uniquely Australian take on modern alt-rock and indie-folk. Their music carries an honesty that feels lived-in, exploring themes of love, struggle, and redemption with raw emotion. Clay’s storytelling and the band’s organic energy bring an immediacy to their live performances, making them one of the most compelling rising acts to watch on the circuit.
Joining us live on set was Marina Palka, host of OzInDi’s upcoming documentary series Marina Vs The Machine. Marina shared insights into the making of the series and the message behind it — exploring how social media, digital overload, and constant comparison have changed what it means to be creative in the modern age. The series dives deep into the psychology of creative burnout and the search for balance in a world driven by algorithms.
Together, this session captured the essence of what OzInDi stands for: independent voices, raw creativity, and honest conversations about the realities of being an artist today.
