WHAT IS The OZINDI Network?

OzInDi Network Australia began in Cairns, North Queensland, built to give independent Australian artists a stronger voice and a wider audience. What started as a single radio station has grown into a national network, with a 24 hour Australian independent music channel and an on demand screen platform sitting side by side as one destination.

Founded by Joel Devereux and Barry Koch, OzInDi champions emerging and established artists, filmmakers, producers and creators. Musicians get national airplay, playlist support and a genuine place in the schedule. Filmmakers and producers get distribution for documentaries, non fiction series, performance, music video and original productions, delivered in 4K across phones, tablets, web browsers, smart speakers, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and connected TV.

Audiences get something increasingly hard to find: Australian work, curated by people who care about it, without needing five subscriptions to find it. Radio and screen in one network, on every screen and speaker people already own.

Alongside the platforms, OzInDi Creator Pathways works with artists, filmmakers, educators, guilds and industry organisations to build opportunity beyond distribution, from commissions and collaborations to funding, partnerships and industry development. The longer aim is a genuinely national home for Australian independent entertainment, made here and heard and seen everywhere.
