We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data through the App.

• No registration or login is required.

• We do not track your location, browsing history, or listening habits.

• We do not run advertising, and no external trackers or analytics frameworks are embedded in the App.

All features, including the HypeChain Top 10, are managed locally on your device only. Your preferences and votes remain private and are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Some settings and preferences may be stored on your device so that you can enjoy a personalised experience. These include:

• Your HypeChain Top 10 votes

• Any favourites or bookmarks you create in-App

• Notification preferences

This information is saved directly on your device and never transmitted to OzInDi Radio Australia or any third parties.

4. Permissions and Why We Request Them

To deliver a complete experience, the App may request limited device permissions:

• Local Notifications: We request permission to send notifications only if you choose to receive reminders about your favourite shows or programming updates. These notifications are scheduled and managed by your device, not by our servers.

• Local Area Network (LAN) Access: We request LAN access so the App can discover and connect with Chromecast-enabled devices such as Smart TVs and smart speakers. This allows you to broadcast OzInDi Radio content to external devices.

• Media/Storage Access (optional): On some platforms, limited storage access may be required for caching artwork or images, but this data is stored locally and never shared.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device’s settings.

5. Third-Party Links

The App may occasionally reference external artist websites or social media. Clicking these links will take you outside the App, and you should review the privacy practices of those third-party services separately.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Parents and guardians can rest assured that no personal data is collected, stored, or shared.
